At more than 3 feet long, the Allosaurus goes Super Colossal! This extra large dinosaur figure doesn't just look fierce with its spiked spine, menacing teeth and gnarled toenails, it can also "swallow" up to 20 mini dinosaur figures! My son was gifted one of these for his birthday and right out of the box the right leg doesn’t even stay on. You touch it and it falls off. He’s about to turn 4 and loves playing with it even though it doesn’t stand up on its own like it should.

This dinosaur is exactly what my son wanted for Christmas. He wanted something that would be like the t-Rex in Jurassic Park eating the guy on the toilet. 🤣 This dinosaur’s mouth opens and items actually do go to the stomach and you can open it and get everything out.

Sure it’s giant, which seems awesome, until my 3 yr expects this toy to be like any other Jurassic toy. First thing he checked for was the code & there’s no scan code! It doesn’t roar, it doesn’t move, it doesn’t come with the minis it’s supposed to eat. Usually I wouldn’t expect them to be included, but that’s the only unique feature this toy has besides being giant. 5 mins of entertainment over it being giant, then there’s not much to do, especially for mini paleontologists who want to learn more about dinosaurs. I really like Jurassic toys & thought they were above the rest. Overall massive disappointment to everyone, kids and adults.

It has excellent detail on the skin and good articulation on the joints. You can stand it upright without it falling over. The teeth are made of a softer material which is good because my son has been putting his hand into its mouth to fit mini dinos inside. It can "swallow" many mini figures through the mouth and contain them in its stomach, with a hatch on the bottom for easy removal later. It's definitely sturdily built and perfect for any fan who wants to feel like they have something the size of a real baby dinosaur in their house. My son has been thrilled with it!

His mouth opens about 4 fingers wide so that he can "eat" many different objects. Once he eats objects you can open his belly to get the objects out. A fake bill fits through the opening, so it is pretty large also. We play a game where the kids run in a circle and the dinosaur will try to "eat" them (mommy makes great roaring sounds haha). They can play with this guy for several hours before moving on because he has so many possibilities for pretend play. Definitely a favorite in our dino loving house. Just be careful how you put the tail on, I turned ut just a little too far, and it doesn't match up.

My son is 5 and is average sized for his age frouoing and this allosaurus is from tail tip to head, just about the same size. My kiddo absolutely lit up at receipt of it and plays with it daily. Of course, his favorite part of play is that he can feed some of the smaller dinosaur toys he has and cars. And pops open the belly to retrieve them.

This is a HUGE dinosaur -- bigger than the box as there is some assembly. You won't want to store it but your dino-loving kid will love it! I bought the 20-piece set separately for the dino to 'eat'. It would be better if the manufacturer included it with this purchase, but that is no fault of Target. I would buy again based on how much use it is getting.

The dino is well made from his blue back spikes, his fierce looking teeth, and his scarying looking eyes. It was easy to assemble which is a plus. My son has fun feeding the Allosaurus smaller dinos and cars. I like that the stomach opens releasing what the dino eats. My only criticism is that I wish it had sound. Overall I would totally recommend this Colossal Allosaurus it's fun, good quality and my son could spend a good amount of time playing with it.

Bought one for Christmas it was broke. Tried to return it and the lady at returns told me they would not honor the black Friday deal and give me a new dinosaur, even though it came broke. I ended up paying extra money for a new dinosaur so my little boy wouldn’t be disappointed. be careful if this is true.

It was really easy to put together. Just a couple pieces you need to snap in place and you’re good to go. The details on the dinosaur are absolutely amazing. It looks like an actual real dinosaur. It’s also very solid and it feels like it will last a lifetime. You can also feed the dinosaur the mini dinosaurs which is really cool and they come out of a compartment on the bottom. My son.loves how the Allosaurus can eat smaller dinos, then take them back out of his compartment near its tummy!!
