Q: Cleaning instructions for humidifier
A: Thanks for reaching out to us! Cleaning the Ceramic Ball Filter (in Tank) Clean the ceramic ball filter after using 264 gallons (1000L) water regularly. Depending on the water quality, the filter may need to be cleaned more frequently. It can be submerged in white vinegar for about 5 minutes. Rinse with clean water. Place filter outside in the sun or in a warm area until completely dry. Please contact our Consumer Care Team at 800-544-1108 and we'll gladly send a full set of instructions.

Q: Does this leak when you run it throughout the night ? Every humidifier I used always leave puddles of water behind afterwards

Q: Is the vapor supposed to be cold? Is there a way to make it warm? I added warm water and it’s still cold vapor.

Q: can you turn off the screen display while humidifier is on? we're very sensitive to any light while we sleep.
A: Hello, thank you for your question! The Smart Humidifier offers Night Mode, this turns off the light and the control panel goes dark except for the night model button which can turn the screen back on if needed.

A: Hello, the Smart Humidifier will work without connection to WiFi, however some features can only be operated when connected.
