- A: AnswerHey there - that’s a great question! For powder detergent, add the manufacturer’s recommended amount of powder detergent to the top of the load once all of the clothes are loaded into the wash basket. Some granular detergents may be difficult to dissolve because of variations in content. If desired, you can dissolve the granular or powder detergent in hot water before pouring it into the wash basket. Dream Washing Machine
Best washing machine ever! Efficient, quiet, wonderful. Full loads, customizable, love the soap dispenser. Never even used the Alexa but it’s the best.
