LiL HOUSE - an educational kids` play house made of best quality Baltic birch plywood in Latvia, Northern Europe. Designed to encourage children`s creativity, communication skills, fine motor skills and first educational skills.

While playing with this house your kids will have joy of playing and learning - drawing on a chalk board, modeling, tieing and knotting, learning colors, letters, numbers and clock - so much new skills and fun at the same time!

It consists of stackable parts which are easy to assemble without the need for additional tools. Mom or a dad can assemble the house just in a few minutes time by her-/himself!

Perfect for garden, kids room, preschools, kindergartens, children`s amusement parks, kids parties indoors and outdoors.

If the house is placed outdoors, it is advisable to keep it on a DRY ground/lawn, or on any artificial surface, foundation, terrace, patio or shed. Rain and snow can cause damages to the playhouse in a long term.

We love this product so much! Our daughter and her friends have such a good time playing in the house and with all the extras that come with it. Customer service was outstanding and the house came quickly. Would absolutely recommend!

The house arrived very quickly and looked great! It was also easy to set up. Unfortunately, the paint on the roof came off after just three weeks. We hadn't varnished it and were standing outside in the garden. Fortunately, a new house was sent to us directly without any problems. We painted it and now it's a real eye-catcher in our garden again. A lot is played in it, both with neighbor children and with visitors. It offers enough space for several children. We like to practice climbing out through the smaller window and the large window with window sill often serves as a sales counter or to have a small snack there. Our son is two, but our two cousins (7 and 9) also love to play with the house.

Das Haus kam sehr schnell bei uns an und sah top aus! Es war auch leicht aufzubauen. Leider hat sich schon nach drei Wochen der Lack des Daches abgelöst. Wir hatten es nicht lackiert und draußen im Garten stehen. Zum Glück wurde uns ohne Probleme direkt ein neues Haus geschickt. Wir haben es lackiert und nun ist es wieder ein echter Hingucker in unserem Garten. Sowohl mit Nachbarskindern als auch mit Besuchern wird sehr viel darin gespielt. Es bietet genug Platz für mehrere Kinder. Bei uns wird gerne durch das kleinere Fenster geübt rauszusteigen und das große Fenster mit Fensterbank dient oft als verkaustheke oder um dort einen kleinen Snack zu sich zu nehmen. Unser Sohn ist zwei, doch auch die beiden Cousinen (7 und 9) spielen sehr gerne mit dem Haus.
