Locked by itself

This bag is beautiful and exactly what I wanted, but the locking mechanism got joggled and locked itself. Now I can't unlock. Even after goiing thru 999 different lock positions 3 times, i cant get it unlocked. I had to take another case on vacation. The bag is totally unusable

Okay, not amazing

The outside zipper on this case broke off pretty soon after purchase. The locking mechanism is clunky and poorly designed, but the bag stayed together long enough through a few flights. I would not purchase this over my preferred Antler luggage, but it was cheap and did the job.

Shoddy manufacture

One of the leather retainers on the bottom of the suitcase has already peeled off, six months after buying the suitcase. This is not expected of a Delsey suitcase.
