The best Mop

I consider my cleaning standard pretty high, this Sharp VacMop did way better job than me. I used only the mopping option of it. It picked up the smallest particules and cat hair. I highly highly recommend it!

WHY!

i cant rate this item! i do not understand why you offer bonus items and then cancel them leaving no recourse . This is not the first time this has happened to me. when someone deliberately orders to qualify only to have you cancel the item

Shark Mop

I bought this Shark Mop for my granddaughters wedding shower. She was absolutely delighted. This was one of the things she had listed. The only negative thing I can say is it was hard to wrap in the mailing box.ha ha

Upset

I was so excited when I received it. I used it 2 days, and then it went dead. It was then I realized It didn’t come with the charger for it. Smh. Almost always something when I order discounted things online from Macy’s.

Hmmm

I am not sure about this product, the vacuuming function works great however, the mop seems to be very limited does not glide over the floor without a little bit of force. With the pads that are not reusable. Maybe if there’s a better design in the future, I will try it again.

Missing charger

The item came snd it was missing a charger. After having difficulties with customer support, they eventually told me there’s nothing they can do and if I shop in store, I can make sure everything is in the package. It should not be offered online if they cannot guarantee everything will be correctly packaged.
