Pearls not stable

One of the pearls came out of the earring the first time I tried them on. I'm afraid to wear any of them so I am taking them to my jewelers to have them checked out. Unfortunately, that is 60 miles away. No jewelry store close to wear I live. They are a beautiful set though. Bought them for my sons upcoming wedding in September

Scratched

Got this for an anniversary present today. Pearl on necklace has,a scratch down the front. Real pearls don't scratch.
