How To Level Up: Eligibility for tier upgrade subject to change based on account activity. Upgrades will be processed within 60 days after qualifying, and the Status Level is valid for both the remainder of the calendar year (January 1 – December 31) in which it is earned and for the next calendar year. At the start of each new calendar year, Qualifying Purchases amount (Members) or Base Points Earned (Cardmembers) will reset to zero. Members and Cardmembers must re-qualify for Status Levels as outlined above during each calendar year.
