Just had this this evening with minestrone soup, and it rounded out a quick, perfect meal. I live in a remote area, and although we bake a lot of bread, sometimes it’s just nice to have something on hand that is shelf stable for a couple of months. I’ve added 2 to my next order, along with the garlic bread, baguettes, and pizza crust. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

this was super fluffy and good but not too sure why they called it Italian with no seasoning placing it in that category

Real ingredients

If you do not want hard bread, do not follow the instructions on the package. Instead slice and cook on stove top in a pan or skillet with a little oil. Cover with a glass dish on low heat. You will thank me. I like it because it only has a few ingredients and no yeast (unleavened).

This bread got nice and brown and crispy in no time in the oven. Took about 10 minutes and then I left it in a little longer to get done more in the middle. It looked done on outside but the inside was still a little soft. Perfect bread for sunday dinner.
