Where do I pick up my order?

There’s a special line at your Café just for Scan & Go™ orders. Look for the “Scan & Go” sign.

Can I preorder from the Café?

Café ordering is only available in the app when you’re inside your club, so it’s always fresh and ready when you’re done shopping.

Can I use my computer to order from the Café?

You’ll need a mobile device with the Sam’s Club app downloaded to order when you’re inside a club.

Can I schedule my Café order for a specific time?

We fill your Café order as quickly as we can while you shop, so that it’s ready to grab on the way out. Just order, shop and stop by the Café Scan & Go™ pickup spot on your way out.
