I took my doona to the beach! Don’t do it.. I was not in high sand- but some how sand got in back wheel- this caused the stroller to stop or not move at all… this should be resolved so future owners can bring their donna wherever they need. Besides that! I love my doona !

I did not have any intentions of buying a 500 dollar anything BUT the Doona being both a car seat and a stroller is something I couldn't overlook! It finally came yesterday and I am so happy I decided to make the purchase!! It has a bunch of safety features that I wasn't expecting like head and shoulders cushions to go around the baby, and the seat belt secures from the front and back! As well as the Manuel being extremely detailed with pictures and instructions, it has a smooth ride, transitions from car seat to stroller smoothly, and is a great fit in my car and looks cool! I'm going to use this bad boy for as long as I can and for my next baby!

Warranty process cumbersome and frustrating. After purchasing, a little after a year the handle bar became extremely loose. I did not feel comfortable using the car seat in the stroller position due to the unsteadiness of the handlebar. For such a high price tag, to not have this functionality of a dual stroller/car seat I decided to explore the warranty. After initially contacting customer service I was told that “some” movement in the handle bar is necessary for the functionality of the car seat and was further instructed to first troubleshoot, which we did and that did not remediate our handlebar issue. After which, I re-contacted customer service who then requested a video of the aforementioned concerns. At this point, we were sent a replacement handlebar solution was To send a handlebar which again, did not remediate the issue at hand. After contacting customer service over 6 different times, we were then asked to pack up the car seat in a 25x25x25 box that we needed to secure on our own and ship it back to them for further diagnostics which could take up to 4 weeks. When I expressed concern about not having a car seat for over 4 weeks and the car seat incurring further damage during shipment as it was no longer going to be handled in the original packaging with appropriate insulation, they simply stated that was the process and could not issue a replacement in the meantime. Suffice to say, I am extremely disappointed in the quality and warranty process and would not recommend to family or friends. Customer service did respond to this review, yet again defending their stance about handle bar and warranty process. Disappointed to say the least!
