Great value of great lip gloss

Macy’s has Inventory Control Problems

This was a fallback purchase because Macy’s has no control over their inventory. I made two purchases on Black Friday that Macy’s came back to tell me they were out of stock. They were not out of stock when I made the purchase but there is no connection between their website and the inventory in the warehouse. Unacceptable if you want to compete in the market today. Go somewhere else until they can fix the problem. BTW, customer service was unwilling to honor the price for a like item of the original purchase.
