Pipette Mineral Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Sunscreen - 4 fl oz

I've been using this for several years for my aging dry skin. It is the only sunscreen I've found that is not drying! The key is to shake it well before applying, every time.

This was my go to before applying my powder foundations. All of a sudden this stuff makes my skin burn around my eyes and it makes them swell. Why do companies mess with the products their customers love. I can no longer use this or recommend.

It's shiny yet not moisturizing in my experience and the white gets caught in my pores. I don't think it looks good on me.

Super hydrating sunscreen. There is a slight white cast that is gone within minutes (I’m a brown person btw). This leaves my skin super glowy which I love since my skin is super dry.

For about two years, this was my holy grail sunscreen. For a mineral formula, this has the least white cast on me out of any I’ve tried. There is still a slight white cast, but it is bearable. It rubs in pretty well and leaves you shiny but not overly greasy. I went through at least 4 or 5 bottles of this stuff before trying another brand’s sunscreen for a few months. When that ran out, I went back to this for a day and woke up the next morning with my eyes practically swollen shut. I thought of every possible reason but didn’t once think it could be the sunscreen I had used for years with no issues. A few days later when the swelling had gone down, I used this again and immediately could tell my face was itching. I washed it off but still ended up swollen again. One quick google search later and apparently this has happened to a lot of people!! No idea what ingredient does this but my allergy to this came out of nowhere after years of using it, so don’t think you or even your baby is safe just because you don’t react to a patch test. USE WITH CAUTION!!

Great non toxic sunscreen that doesn’t leave a white cast. Used on my baby and myself.

Had a really bad allergic reaction my face burned and itched for days. This is supposed to be for kids wow. Don’t get this sunscreen it’s no good.

Contaminated and/or terrible product. Here to agree with all the reviews about an allergic reaction. This broke my kids out in a terribly puffy allergic reaction to the areas it was applied. Terrible company for changing the formula without a warning or FYI.

I have been using this product for a year and it was the best mineral sunscreen that I found. I dont know if my bottle expired or what, but the last few uses I have developed an itchy rash whenever I had applied the sunscreen. I noticed other people complaining that ethyl ferulate could be the ingredient causing the reaction. Im so disappointed because I adore this sunscreen.

I wanted to love this, but I had a terrible reaction to this sunscreen. It burned my skin and itched for 4 days afterwards. It was fine on my arms but not my neck and chest.

I have been using in the USA for a few months on my kids and I- I have had no issues - however - we are on vacation and I have been applying on our faces and we have been experiencing sun burns- my toddlers nose in peeling. Not what I thought and will not be purchasing again.

Used to love and recommend this sunscreen to everyone. But the new formula is not it! And no longer EWG certified. Bring back the old formula!

This mineral sunscreen used to be fabulous, but this year I have had recurring issues with the bottle that I bought at Target. At first, I thought I was just not putting enough on or that something else was going on, but after multiple moderate to severe burns while using this product I have reached out to Pipette's customer service with no response, then started combing through recent reviews a few days later. It appears Pipette changed the formulation because I am not the only one to experience severe burning this summer. Very disappointed because the previous product worked really well, but just doesn't work now. Spare your skin and buy another brand of sunscreen.

I like that it doesn’t leave my face feeling dry like some sunscreens. Very runny consistency and a little too oily looking on my skin, but not water resistant. Could be better.

I am actually 20 years old but I bought this sunscreen when looking for an easy to apply stick for tattoos. I went out today and forgot to put sunscreen on the rest of my body, but, where I applied over my tattoo stayed perfectly protected for over 2 hours with only one application. (won't allow me to include a photo)

I bought this product for the first time a few years ago and used it on my face with no issues. I repurchased this year and used it for the first time on my face last month. the skin around my eyes, my cheeks, and my neck became red, itchy, and swollen. It took a few days for the symptoms to totally go away. I don't usually have sensitive skin and haven't ever had a reaction like that before. It doesn't seem to cause any reactions on the skin of my arms or legs. Interestingly I haven't had any reactions with the stick version so far, only the stuff in the tube. I thought it was just me, but am seeing several reviews with the same experience.

It did not protect me. I still got burned.

Used to adore this sunscreen. I bought a new bottle a few weeks ago and wore it once on my face and I had the worst reaction. After a couple hours my eyelids were hot and almost swollen shut, the rest of my face was beet red, and it felt like a chemical burn. It took days to calm down. Something in the formula must’ve changed because this used to be my favorite low tox low PUFA sunscreen on the market. I’m curious if the culprit is one of the preservatives, but ouch.

I wanted to love it but it caused a rash for me that has been ongoing for a week now, and I got sunburn so clearly it didn't protect me enough.

This is not for everyone! My skin is not sensitive and I got a rash everywhere I applied this and I'm not the only one! Several friends also broke out in tiny red bumps everywhere they put this! It's really too bad because the sunscreen itself is nice although not water resistant. I contacted the company about the ingredient in this that causes the rash and they didn't care. If you also reacted to this please contact them. They could easily remove the offending ingredient.
