I got this for a trip to the Artic. It was warm and I liked that is was fluffy but not heavy. Would have really liked a couple deep pockets on the inside for extra gloves. It says water repellent and it was but I really needed water proof. I got it on sale for $80 and feel it was a good value at $80. Not sure I would pay full price. I got a size medium (5’7” and 105lbs) so I could layer another lighter jacket underneath, I love the off white color!

I absolutely love this jacket. It looks exactly as pictured. It is very warm but also super lightweight! Love the four pockets and the bunjee on the hood so it stays on my head during strong winds with snow and rain. It fits true to size I believe but if you like things a little big i would recommend sizing one size up.

I was on the hunt for a down jacket because I had some winter camping trips planned. Turns out, the trips didn't pan out, but this jacket has become my go-to here in Tennessee. Before pulling the trigger, I did a bunch of comparing, and I knew I wanted something with 650 fill or more. This one is 700 fill. (I read some where that 650 fill power is considered to be a high quality down for outdoor gear). I can throw it on over a t-shirt for quick errands and stay warm. And yeah, getting it on sale definitely adds to the satisfaction. (I don't think I would be as happy If I got it at original price). It won't make you look like a super model, but if you prioritize functionality over look, it's a good jacket.

I thought the coat didn't look as substantial as it does in the pictures. It is very lightweight but warm. I have wider hips than top so it didn't fit me as I wanted.
