This is the best backpack I have ever owned. It looks sophisticated enough to be worn by an adult, but trendy enough to look fashionable. It's classic style will not go out of style. It can be dressed up or down, so it can be used with any outfit and most occasions. I love that it looks small but is actually very spacious. Convenient compartments and pockets are perfect for carrying all your essentials and more without stuffing the bag. I don't like it if the bag is not well organized or stuffed to the point that you have trouble zipping it closed or you can't easily find what you need. I also don't like it if it's too bulky or awkward looking/to wear. No such issues with this bag! I can fit a few cosmetics, small hand lotion, wallet, sunglasses case and glasses case, a pen, cell phone, hand sanitizer, bottle of water, small notebook and datebook and still have room! It looks like it would fit a small iPad, if you wanted to. Outer pockets are perfect size for keys, phone, lipstick, etc. Handle and straps are sturdy and comfortable, which makes it easy to carry or wear. Easy to clean fabric and gold accents looks very stylish-I get frequent compliments and asked where I purchased it. All this is to say that you can't go wrong with this backpack, especially at outlet pricing!

Bought because of color on strap to match the tote i bought previously. And have nothing bad to say . Its a perfect match quality is exceptional and holds its form. Material is soft and easy to wear without being stiff . Absolutely my favorite bag to date :)
