I did not receive my order

I ordered this lipstick from Marcy's and I never received it. I called them several times and they kept saying we delivered it. I don't know what kind of delivery person they have.

Pretty Color

I ordered the shade: Succumb to Plum. It's a pretty color, but I was looking for something a touch more sheer. I do not care for the formula of this lipstick because while it felt smooth on my lips, it looked splotchy.
