Beginner Level
The teacher will demonstrate how codes and ciphers are designed. The teacher will then show the students how to crack beginner-level codes. The teacher will check that students understand how the codes work, so they can go on to create their own for family and friends to break! Students will start by observing the teacher breaking the Atbash Cipher. The teacher explains the code step by step and then let students practice on their own.
