Way too crunchy, never gets soggy. Love how the milk gets chocolaty once finished eating. I ate the whole bag 7oz in one sitting. Also bought oatmeal by mistake, should have tried another cereal. May buy again but expensive for me.

Tastes like sunflower seeds. If you think of eating like you're just eating sunflower seeds, this is for you! No real chocolate flavor, no sweetness to it. Tastes better dry than when you add milk.

My wife and I recently just discovered Seven Sundays and love all of their products. Our favorite by far is the Chocolate Sunflower Cereal - my wife and I fight over it when its time for our nightly sweet treat lol. I love that it has healthy ingredients!!! Love chocolate but it’s not sweet at all. It shouldn’t have a lot of sugar but it should taste sweeter, that puts a smile on your face. I don’t look forward to eating it when it tastes flavorless.
