We accept Custom and personalized orders!

Feel free to ask for a custom project and we will try to do our best for you!

Worldwide Use

All of our lights are suitable for worldwide use and work normally on all Voltage levels.

The electrical parts that we use on our lighting designs are made in Europe and are CE certified and UL listed.

Shipping Methods

We ship your item within 1-5 (depends on the design) working days after we have received the payment.

We ship all orders as High Priority Registered Packages following by a Tracking Numbers and by this way you will have your order sooner and safely and also you can find your parcel at any time.

We also collaborating with express shipping companies! If you wish a fast shipment (2-5 days worldwide delivery), please contact Us before placing your order and we will inform you about the extra cost.

Shipping policies

We ship your order to the given address (Please make sure that you have entered a Valid shipping address). Please be Sure that you or someone else on your behalf is present at your shipping address to receive the package approximately 5 to15 days after ordering from RevealHome.

Buyers are responsible to track & trace their orders and arrange a redelivery with the shipping company if necessary.

Once a package is stated unclaimed despite correct mailing address, the recipient has to contact the shipping company in order to arrange a redelivery or has to pick up the package from the local post office.

In case a package is returned to us, additional re-shipping costs will need to be paid by the buyer.

Returns

We gladly accept returns if an order is damaged in transit. We will give a refund. We refund orders that arrive with visible damage on the parcel. This require to provide a photo of the damaged parcel before open it, so please take directly a photo if you will receive a damage parcel (before open it).

If you are not interested for a refund, we send you a totally new item and cover any costs for you.

We do not accept returns for custom orders or for wrong measurements by your side or for choosing the wrong finish.

All our designs are totally handmade and made upon request (custom made) following each customer needs.
