MK, just another company that went from great to TERRIBLE!This "tote" is not a large tote as described. Item description is false. Called customer service to ask for a refund and I would order a different one. Was told no this product is not returnable. I am very unhappy as I am a very loyal MK customer, but will no longer be.

:/It is a beautiful bag but for the price of this bag. I have experienced damage to the bag in such a short period of time. I take good care of my purse but I use my bag everyday so I invest in a good bag and the gold part on the sides is peeling off on both sides on the bottom of the bag. The purse is beautiful but not for someone who is looking to use this bag daily.
