How do I use it: Select the appropriate grinding head based on the roughness of the affected area and your desired outcome. Make sure that the newly installed grinding head is securely in place before using the Sole Smoother. Plug in the device and push the power switch up on click to turn on the device in Speed 1. You can press it up all the way for speed 2. Gently move the grinding head in any direction along the rough areas of your feet. Do not linger for more than one to two seconds at a time. Instead, keep moving and come back to the areas. Do not press too hard; let the grinding head do the work. After use, push the power switch all the way down to turn off the Sole Smoother.
