Average eye cream
This was recommended to me especially for dark eye circles. However, I don’t really feel like it helped much. The consistency is like a light gel cream and there isn’t any scent. I don’t dislike it, but I don’t love it either.

mimimizes fine lines
I bought this as another of the Filorga products for eyes was not available. It is helpful to reduce fine lines. I don't notice any difference on dark circles, but mine just very light purple and due to veins - so nothing will really take that away (except some good concealer). It does moisturize well, and has really helped with the fine lines - so for what I need it to do - it works. No scent, which I like, and it is not greasy feeling.

It kinda helps on some aspects
I have dark under eye circles no matter how many hours I sleep, but this cream has help them diminish. However it makes my eyes look swollen and I just do not like that.
